Welcome to depo99. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "Member", "you") and depo99 (the "Platform", "Service", "Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the depo99 website located at https://depo99.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our Services and refrain from registering an account.

We reserve the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. You are at least 21 years of age. We operate a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. All Users must provide valid government-issued identification during the KYC verification process. Accounts found to be operated by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately terminated, with all funds forfeited and reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
You are a legal resident of the Republic of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identification document (KTP, SIM, or passport issued by the Indonesian government). Our Services are intended exclusively for individuals physically located within Indonesia at the time of registration and account use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence.
You possess full legal capacity to enter into this binding Agreement and are not subject to any legal restriction that would prohibit you from using online gaming services. You are not acting on behalf of any third party when using our Services, and you are using your own funds for deposits and gameplay.
You do not currently have an existing active account with depo99. Multiple accounts per User are strictly prohibited (see Section 4.5). You have not previously had an account with depo99 that was closed, suspended, or banned for breach of these Terms. You are not currently self-excluded from gambling activities on our platform or any other licensed gaming operator.
You are using only your own funds to deposit and play. All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and payments are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
To access depo99 Services, you must complete our account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including: full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred username and password. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
depo99 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and identity theft. All Users must complete our KYC verification process before processing their first withdrawal or upon request at any time. KYC verification requires submission of: a clear photograph or scan of your government-issued identification document (KTP, SIM, or passport), proof of residential address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence), and a selfie photograph holding your identification document. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information to satisfy our verification requirements. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account registration may result in account suspension until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to immediately notify depo99 customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, suspected security breach, or any other security concern. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. depo99 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.
Your depo99 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account to any other person or entity. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been conducted by you and you will be held responsible for all such activity, including any bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.
Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account with depo99. Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. If we detect multiple accounts operated by the same User (determined through IP address analysis, device fingerprinting, payment method matching, behavioral pattern analysis, or other technical means), we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, and forfeit all balances including winnings and bonuses. Only the original account will be permitted to remain active, subject to verification and our sole discretion.
depo99 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process (generally Rp 25,000 - Rp 50,000). Deposit processing times vary by payment method: bank transfers typically process instantly to within 15 minutes during banking hours; e-wallet deposits process instantly 24/7. We do not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees at their discretion.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name matching the name on your depo99 account. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be immediately refunded to the source account minus processing fees. Anonymous deposits, cryptocurrency deposits, or deposits from non-Indonesian financial institutions are not accepted. We reserve the right to request proof of ownership and source of funds for any deposit, particularly for large or unusual transactions, to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: your account must be fully verified (KYC completed); you must have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements; minimum withdrawal amount is generally Rp 50,000 (varies by payment method); maximum withdrawal amount per transaction may be subject to limits disclosed during the withdrawal process. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. If this is not possible, you must provide alternative account details for verification before processing. We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during business hours (09:00 - 22:00 WIB). Requests submitted after hours will be processed the following business day. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours for additional security verification.
We reserve the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspicious activity, resolution of disputed bets, or fulfillment of bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals may be declined or delayed if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or other breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will notify you of the reason for delay and may request additional documentation or information before processing the withdrawal.
depo99 periodically offers bonuses, promotions, and special offers to Users at our sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: eligibility requirements (new users, existing users, VIP tier, etc.); minimum deposit amounts; wagering requirements (also known as turnover or playthrough requirements); game restrictions (which games count toward wagering, which are excluded); maximum bet limits while wagering bonus funds; expiration periods (time limit to use bonus and complete wagering); and withdrawal restrictions. Bonus terms take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict relating to that specific promotion.
Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, coordinated play with other Users, or any other attempt to exploit promotional offers for guaranteed profit is strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse patterns. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be suspended or permanently closed. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; colluding with other players to place opposing bets covering all outcomes; wagering exclusively on very low-risk bet types or games with minimal house edge solely to meet wagering requirements; and any other strategy that defeats the intended spirit of the promotion.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 100% bonus up to Rp 500,000 with 20x wagering means if you deposit Rp 500,000 and receive a Rp 500,000 bonus, you must wager Rp 10,000,000 (bonus amount × 20) in qualifying bets before you can withdraw any winnings. Wagering contributions vary by game type and are disclosed in the bonus terms. Typically, slots contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely. Wagering must be completed within the specified time period (typically 7-30 days) or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be changed, cancelled, or reversed except in cases of obvious technical error (see Section 7.5). You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and all other bet details before confirming. Bet confirmation is displayed on screen and recorded in your account history. In the event of any dispute regarding bet placement or settlement, depo99's transaction records shall be considered final and authoritative.
Sports betting (bandar bola and other sports) is governed by the specific rules for each sport, league, and bet type displayed on our website. Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or competition organizer. If an event is postponed, the following rules apply: if the event takes place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets remain valid; if the event is postponed beyond 48 hours or abandoned without completion, all bets are voided and stakes refunded. For live in-play betting, we reserve the right to suspend betting at any time for any event due to score changes, injury stoppages, technical issues, or suspicious betting patterns. Bet acceptance is not guaranteed for in-play wagers and confirmation appears on screen only after acceptance.
Lottery games (togel Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau, etc.) are settled based on the official draw results published by the respective lottery operators. Draw times and results are displayed in Western Indonesia Time (WIB). Bets must be placed before the published closing time for each draw. Bets placed after closing time will be automatically transferred to the next available draw. Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by market and bet type and are displayed during bet placement. In the rare event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on our site and the official lottery operator result, the official operator result prevails and all bets will be re-settled accordingly.
Live casino games (live blackjack, live roulette, live baccarat, live game shows) are provided by third-party providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, etc.) and governed by their game rules displayed in each game lobby. Dealer decisions and game outcomes are final. Video playback and technical records maintained by the game provider are considered authoritative in the event of any dispute. Slot machines and RNG (random number generator) games are certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories. Game RTP (return to player) percentages are disclosed in each game's information panel and represent long-term statistical averages, not guarantees for individual play sessions.
In the event of an obvious technical error, system malfunction, or human error (such as incorrect odds displayed, wrong bet acceptance, or erroneous payout calculation), depo99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the error. Examples of obvious errors include: odds displayed as 1000.00 when the correct market odds are 1.50; a game accepting bets after the event has already started or ended; payout of Rp 10,000,000 on a Rp 1,000 bet on an even-money outcome. Users will be notified of any corrected bets, and account balances will be adjusted accordingly. We will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct errors promptly. If you notice an obvious error, you must not attempt to exploit it and should report it to customer support immediately. Deliberate exploitation of technical errors may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
depo99 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers (collectively, "depo99 Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your depo99 account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or Rp 10,000,000 (ten million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is less.
We are not liable for any losses or damages caused by: events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, wars, civil unrest, labor disputes, or telecommunications failures; actions or omissions of third-party service providers, payment processors, game providers, or sports data providers; your own negligence, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law; unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security; interruptions to the Services for scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or security measures.
You may close your depo99 account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining balance subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and settlement of outstanding bets. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened except at our sole discretion and subject to re-verification of your identity and eligibility.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, operated multiple accounts, used the Services while located outside Indonesia, provided false information during registration or KYC, failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, engaged in collusion or other forms of cheating, or conducted yourself in a manner that brings depo99 into disrepute. In the event of account closure for breach of Terms, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining balance including deposits, winnings, and bonuses, and to report the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.
depo99 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email to the registered email address, in-account notification message, or prominent notice on our website homepage. Changes will take effect 14 days after notification unless immediate implementation is required for legal compliance, security reasons, or to prevent fraud. Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using the Services immediately and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.1.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be first attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Indonesian Arbitration Board (BANI). The arbitration shall be conducted in the Indonesian language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, depo99 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach or threatened breach of these Terms.
